“What is Strange?” Challenging Pre-conceptions

This workshop was aimed at challenging pre-conceptions within a team
with a team-building/problem solving exercise of completing a poem.
Team members had to think about things they felt were strange.
Poetry was used as a medium as it is outside many people’s comfort zone.
